Shipping Policy

At Lumo Keys™, we aim to provide reliable worldwide shipping and keep our customers informed every step of the way. Please review our shipping details before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship to customers across the European Union and select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 9–17 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Methods

All products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners using reliable international carriers such as AliExpress Standard Shipping, Cainiao Standard, or equivalent services. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once available.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise during checkout. Any applicable express shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout.

5 Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as Lumo Keys™ has no control over these fees.

6. Delivery to Pickup Points & Tracking Responsibility

Local carriers may, at their discretion, deliver shipments to a nearby pickup point (such as a post office, parcel locker, or authorized collection location) instead of the recipient’s address. This may occur due to carrier procedures, missed delivery attempts, access restrictions, or local delivery regulations.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to actively monitor their tracking information after shipment. This includes checking for delivery attempts, pickup point notifications, collection deadlines, and any carrier updates.

If a package is delivered to a pickup point, the customer must collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Detailed tracking information, including pickup point location and deadlines, can be viewed by entering the tracking number at https://www.17track.net.

Failure to monitor tracking information or failure to collect a package from a pickup point within the allowed time will result in the package being returned to the sender or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and no refunds, replacements, or chargeback reversals will be issued.

Orders returned due to non-collection, unresponsiveness, or failure to follow carrier instructions are not eligible for refunds.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows that your order has not moved for an extended period, please contact us at burner.1.57615@gmail.com. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
