Returns
We do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
Returns are only accepted if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty due to our error.
Replacements & Refunds
Once your return request is approved, you may choose between:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
Refunds, once processed, typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with the same item after verification.
